In Shared Calendar & Planner you can choose the most convenient layout for your events and schedules:
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Agenda (shows the upcoming events list)
To change the layout just choose the intended version in the upper right hand corner above your calendar:

Q: Is it possible to set the Calendar & Planner app to a ‘Year’ layout?
A: The annual layout of the calendar is not implemented at the moment as it doesn’t provide the information on the scheduled events in a clear and visual way and we try to keep the event planning and tracking simple and accessible.
